Is it normal for joints to constantly pop?
I have gotten back into running and lifting again after a 3 year hiatus. Now whenever I get up or even walk across the room my joints constantly crack. I sound like a bowl of rice crispies when I get out of bed in the morning. Is this normal?

no, that's not good, you have probably shifted the cartilage in your rotator cuff. You should probably let the muscle rest for a few days. This willhelp with the over stretching. Be careful, other wise you will really hurt or stretch something to the point of no return.

Usually it is it happends to me too. Your muscle are getting back into the work out routine. If you feel pain then see a doctor but if it's just snap, crackle and pop it's not much to worry about.
