Okay, so my question is, how much can you lift in one setting, and how long can you keep it up?
Are you naturally strong, or have you lifted wieghts for a good quarter of your life?

On bench press, I'm not that great, I can only do 140 for about..I don't know, 2 minutes at most? Not that I've tried...
But on leg press, I can do 240 and keep it there for at least 15 minutes
And my legs are naturally strong. I had to work to get my arms there, though.
