Full spectrum lighting does help a bit, but it's hardly as important as the food. Both would be best, if you can manage it, but be careful. "Full spectrum" doesn't mean anything in particular. Some "full spectrum" lights are useless. Others are even dangerous (some reptile lights have huge quantities of UV). Start with the food first. Try the lighting if it seems necessary (it sometimes helps with plucking and vitamin D deficiency).

Dont bother with lighting you dont need it the only time you need something like that is when you breed you might use a heat lamp but otherwise you dont need it,food wise ask a pet shop whats the best or look it up online.
