Honestly, I don't think we, as users have a way of knowing that. I don't think that Yahoo Answers even has a way of knowing that, however I could be wrong there. However my guess would be less that 57% there are MANY people out there and I really don't think we have near even half of them on here.

Considering that there are HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS of users already (the EXACT number is unknown - but it was at 60,000,000 in 2006*) - the ACTUAL percentage (if ANYBODY could figure it out) would be something more like 0.000000187%
Think about it - if there were EXACTLY 100,000,000 users right now, those percentages you gave would work out to:
57,000,000
69,000,000
91,000,000
New users...
With THAT many people signing up - the servers would crash (more than they usually do!) ;);););)
