How long to get to midway from roosevelt riding the 'L'?
hey I am wondering how long it would take to get to midway from roosevelt using the orange line... also if it is important I am going to be riding at about 2pm... I need to know this to know what time i need to book a departing flight.

I think it should take about 20 -25 minutes .
call cta and they will tell you....if you leave at roosevelt at1:45 ..arrive at 2:06pm..I looked it up for you.so thats about 20 minutes .

Just to be on the safe side, give yourself at least 45 minutes. Anything can happen.

As for the 20 minute prediction... LOL!!! The ride itself may be 20 minutes, but as for WAITING for the train? Tack on another 15-20 minutes just in case. It's hit or miss no matter what some "expert" says. The claim that the CTA runs on a "schedule" is a joke. There used to be schedules posted at every train station. They took them down recently. Want to guess why?

IT'S A 20 MINUTE RIDE ON THE ORANGE LINE...BUT U CAN ALWAYS GET A SCHEDULE FROM THE CTA THERES VERY SELDOM ANY DELAYS ON THE TRAIN
