how do I figure out my final grade using excel?

What grades did you get on those tests and for the assignments?

Test 1 grade * 30% =

Test 2 grade * 30% =

Final * 35% =

Assignments * 05% =

Total grade

So, put your test 1 grade in cell A1,

your test 2 grade in cell A2,

your final test grade in cell A3 and

the average of your assignments in cell A4

In Cell A5, put this formula: =(A1+A2)*.30 + (A3*.35) + (A4 * .05)

(Notice that 30 + 30 + 35 + 5 = 100%.)

Test 1 score x 30% (0.30)

Test 2 score x 30% (0.30)

Final score x 35% (0.35)

Assignments x 5% (0.05)
