thought about pole dancing .. ?
i heard that pole dancing is very very good exercise. is this true? im not thinking about becoming a stripper or anything, just good exercises.

yes, it is EXCELLENT exercise!
It works the arms, legs, tummy, bum, everything...
though after the first few times you might be so sore and bruised, but just keep going because it really works

You will find you exercise bits of you you never knew existed never mind ached when found by exercise.
If you work at all positions you will gain tone, energy and get really fit .
As you get there you will feel like dying but keep at it and admire the very nice results and take all the compliments that you get as you will have worked for them and had some fun.
It also looks good on a Cv. "Private Dancer - Poll"

Every girl I know that's taken pole dancing has an amazing body.. So i'd imagine it's an excellent form of exercise.
