Been a nightmare few days for me hun. My son was stabbed on Sunday.
I couldn't sleep and found myself wanting to doze off in an uncomfortable plastic chair in the Critical Care Unit.
Feel for you, maybe sleeping up against the wall is better than no sleep at all. Try one of the Herbal remedies on offer. Hopefully they may help.
Wishing you sweet dreams in the future. x

Yes, I am like that sometimes, I am practically dragging myself to bed and when I finally lie down, I am not tired anymore! So I read a book or listen to music in bed and eventually fall asleep.
NO you shouldn't lean against the wall! If you fall down you will smoosh your pet or family member, not good!

Yes, I do that all the time.
Starting about nine thirty, and ending at some point in the early hours of the morning.
Then I'll get into that not quite asleep but not quite awake stage, and think about really weird things. Last night it was whether it would be possible to make butter by putting milk into the washing machine with the outlet pipe feeding back into the soap compartment ...

Oh yeah..
Sometimes after work..I'm so tired I can drop.
But by the time I get home. I'm not as tired anymore and I start to do stuff around the house.
It's a little frustrating, but I guess our bodies at times says "Hey..there's stuff to do..no sleeping yet!"

I feel tired when I'm not doing anything, just sitting around etc. And when I finally get even close to going to bed, BAM I'm not tired anymore. It's weird and sorta annoying seeing how I could've passed out from being so tired before..

Uhmm, stay in bed, or maybe try to sleep while watching tv on the couch, or a chair, or maybe wrap a blanket or a sheet aruond you ( a really soft one) and cuddle up to it, and hopefully you will fall asleep
Good Luck!

I'm a past master at that. Thinking of becoming a second Dan in sleeping on clothes lines.

Funny you mention this....
I was in the pub with MOHD last week, and had an overwhelming desire to sleep.
Then he went to the loo, and I was overcome with a huge energy burst...
but then he came back.........now I need Mogadon ;o)
