i like this guy but dont know what to do?

well his name is daniel and he is a 6th grader. im a 7th grader.(i know some people might say im to young but anyways...) we have a ping pong table at my school so i met him there and i said aww your so cute he blushed.and theres this girl and shes a 6th grader too and she is always trying to impress him or something but i dont know what to do to her .so i really have a crush on him and i really want him to notice me .hes brothers ex-gf told me that if i wanted advice then i shouldn't be all over him so im taking that advice but i really like him and dont know what to do ? i really want him to be my valentine but valentines day is super faraway from now help me?

oh and by the way i dont think i cant bring him on dates or anything like that ,his aunt is really strict. anyways can i say anything to let him know that i like him but nothing like hey sexy or something and should i be upfront and tell him that i like him or should i whisper it in his ear? like i said im not good at reletionships
