    I believe it means "hyped up" or "acting crazy".

    It could imply you are dropping a bug into a discrete place inside someone's house in order to listen to them when you're not around.

    But it's not as if anyone cares about that kind of behaviour - at least, no one who has anything to hide.

    "bugging" can mean that you are being unreasonable or unrealistic. Or it can mean that you are growing wings :)

    Ok not that last part but the others are right.

    With humour,and occasional awe. No question the peaceful approach is more unifying but on the occasion arrogance and condescension can be more satisfying :)
