Why are my fish ill again?!?
I have treated them for whitespot, then bacteria and fungus- they have 30% water changes daily at the moment, and we feed them Daphena, peas and pellets (on rotation) and they're ill again! I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
I have a 30l bi-orb, with two small goldfish (about 1cm per fish) and a larger lion-head (about 6cm) The lion-head has another white lump on her tail-fin, and one of the little ones has two white lumps on her tail and a small white lump on her gill- she's also very listless at the moment. At first we thought she was feeling bullied by the lion-head (who's a puppy trapped in a fish's body) however, her gills are very red inside and these lumps are now apparent!
I don't know what's wrong with them, I hoped the water changes would avoid ammonia poisoning and oxygenate the water, we also have a live plant, and the last treatment (Protozin, whitespot and fungus treatment) finished 6 days ago.
What can I do? I'm starting to think I have Munchhausen by Fishy.

white spot is some times hard to treat as the white spots you see means the protazon is in its last stages of life and depending on the temp of you water will re manefest in as little as 4 days. you need to treat your fish in their current habitat as the egg stage can linger for as much as a month. continue using your copper based treatments for 2-3 weeks and you will solve the problem. if not remove your fish to a new tank and treat both. then after a period of 40 days re introduse your fish. clown loathes are senstive to treatment so watch them closely... I have exactly the same problem at the moment. Ours had white spot and 3 have died. We now think they also have a fungal disease but we were advised not to treat this until the white spot treatment had finished.
How often are you feeding them? We were advised last time after our WHOLE tank died, to only feed them once a week rather than the "considered normal" once a day.
We also have what looks like blood around the gills and their skin skin has flaked and lost half their tails. Poor things they look awful.
Have you tried a pH, nitrate, nitrite and ammonia test on the water? We bought a kit last time this happened, they don't cost much for mini ones. Sometimes with all the treatments and water changes it messes up the balance of the water. Try only 10% water changes every 3-4 days instead of every day.
Good luck!!

8 gallons.
I suggest doing an immediate 50% water change, using dechlored water, tomorrow do 25%, again the next day, then twice a week every week thereafter. Goldish produce a LOT of waste, so if you don't do regular water changes they get sick, with ich, fungus, etc. the results.
Although I don't usually recommend high temps for goldfish, with these diseases, raising the temp to 82-84°F (28°C) for at least a week, preferrably 2. Your goldfish can tolerate this for this amount of time. Hopefully you'll have a larger tank by then, like at least 150 L.
And since your tank is indeed too small for even these seemingly small fish, it is overstocked. And since these common and comet goldfish can grow up to 20" long, you really need to replace your biorb with something much larger. For these 3 fish, when adults, you'll need at least 55 USG's (208L).

some fish mates become ill because of the goldfish. goldfish throw off some water balances in the tank, so even though you are treating the fish with different types of treatments, the gold fish could be doing the exact opposite. This happened in my 65 gallon tank and all my fish had white spot and i treat it with "quick cure" and my fish became healthy although a few died because i was not able to stop it fast enough. be sure to treat it fast before too many fish die. now my tank has 23 fish in it and they are all healthy. try using "quick cure" and if it doesn't work, try taking the goldfish out.

Try separate you fish into 2 different tanks, with the sick fish separate from the healthy ones. You should be able to get medication or antibiotics from a pet shop to put in the water of the sick ones.
Another problem is the pH of the water. Do you de-chlorinate the water before you put it in the tank? If not, try getting a de-chlorination solution from the petshop as well.

That tank isn't large enough for even one of those fish. You need at least a 150l tank for those fish and even then they will outgrow it.
With this small of a tank, the ammonia levels are out of control. There is really nothing you can do until you get a much larger tank.-
