My friend who is turning 12 is having a boy girl halloween party. Does anyone have any fun, unique ideas of cool games we can play? Thanks :)

bobbing for apples is always cool, you could maybe find some really spooky idea's for halloween online...

of course, candy, maybe make caramel apples, and decorate them w/ whatever you choose, sort of like a buffet of things to put on it, sprinkles, chopped peanuts, what ever you like.

carving pumpkins could never go wrong, and maybe toasting the pumpkin seeds after wards, if it's nice outside, maybe a bonfire, and roasted marshmallows, and scary ghost stories...

hide and go seek? you're never too old to play that...

you guys could play the board game, monopoly, or "Life," - that's always a funny game to play...

i'd serve things like apple cider, and Cinnamon donuts.... and, of course, candy... chips and salsa would go good, there's all sorts to choose from, find something like, fresh salsa... i think they may sell colored nacho chips... adding candy corns to the traditional chex mix is pretty good... be careful on this one, but strategically placed candles, would look really cool, and try to keep the space you pick to party, really dark and eerie... black lights, purple christmas lights, orange, i think they may have green..... those dumb spider rings are always fun... you can get ahold of some dry ice, to make things look like they are smoking... crushed oreo's, and gummy worms, look gross, and taste really good, maybe w/ some vanilla ice cream...

I'm also having a halloween birthday party, but I'm 16. We will be playing Get To Know You games b/c a lot of people wont know each other (three schools involved). Then we will mingle a while, have refreshments then have the option to watch a scary movie outside (via projecter ooo) or play flashlight hide and seek :D

This game is like twister but halloween themed.

    Mummy wrap from family fun:

    Mummy Wrap Game

Twist your guests into a frightening frenzy with this simple game that has kids writhing with delight.

    WHAT YOU NEED:

    White crepe paper

    Spooky music

    HOW TO PLAY:

    1. Divide the kids into teams of two and give each pair a roll of white crepe paper. Instruct one member of each team to race to wrap his partner, mummy-style, at the sound of the music (play something devilish, such as "The Monster Mash"). Kids must use up the whole roll, avoiding the head and wrapping arms separately from the torso.

    2. Once wrapped, the mummy hops to a finish line, holding his arms to his sides and trying not to break any of the wrapping.

    3. Award the winning team, reverse partners' roles and then start again with fresh rolls of crepe paper.

well if you live in a town then look for a local scary attraction like a haunted corn maze, haunted house, or something spooky. but if you live outside of town then walk around outside in the dark. i think it is the funnest and spookiest thing. have fun at the party.
