Home Remedies for Afro Hair?

Hi all,

Some advice please - I have curly frizzy hair and I am spending a fortune on products that is bleeding me dry....during these tough economic times I have to cut back on my spending so does anyone have any good home remedies that could be used to make my hair less frizzy and leave it in great condition?

have you tried just putting normal conditioner and leaving it in to dry naturally?
