Where can I download adobe photoshop for free?

I don't want the trial version. I want the FREE version. You get it?

    Photoshop is not free.Take a look at GIMP the open source alternative. You can download GIMP for Windows from here http://www.gimp.org/windows/ Here also is a list of the Official GIMP Tutorials http://www.gimp.org/tutorials/

    I'm sorry it's impossible, but I have ubuntu ( an Operating System) it includes Gimp kinda the same thing for free!

    you can download thetorrent for this on isohunt...but be warned viruses are a plenty.
