how Genius an idea is this?

i had a great idea earlier

imagine a lighter with a bottle opener built in so the flame would only light by opening a bottle of beer, so you could only have a cigarette if you were drinking.

that is my dream to invent that, who thinks its a great idea, i do realise that you would have to be a chain smoking alcoholic to like this idea, but it is brilliant 

just think about it, you have to drink beer to have a cigarette

that would make everyones lives better

Too late, the company my Dad works for in Holland has been doing those for years, it's an agency called Totaal if you want to look it up and check it out.

Edit: I always jokedthat all it needed was one of those things on teh side that you get on pens sometimes where you have a scantily clad lady and when you invert it her clothes drop off and that's all a man would need!!

Trouble is that your lighter would be extinguished by the CO2 emitted when you opened your bottle of beer.

for someone to do that I think..would require alot of concentration i.e. to drink and smoke simultaneously.  it could be helpful for those who won't be doing this socially.
