what is the best working combination of the rings? And is there a special way to jump through the rings? ive jumpped through them and nothing has happened.

I had trouble with this skull too. To get it I killed all the enemies and flood first. Don't touch the glowing rings AT ALL. Once I got to the part where you kill Truth, I finished off the rest of the flood and jumped through the rings in this order: 4654534. If you follow these instructions exactly it should be at the area where the glowing bridge is.

You have to jump through the rings all the same direction. So if you face towards the exit, you need to jump through all of them that way. If you faced Truth's throne, then you need to jump through all of them that way. If you jump through any of them the opposite way that you jumped through the first one, it won't work.
