ask questions such as why did they join are they happy with it do they like it why or why not how long have they been a part of it what made them want to join and then ask them what would they say to someone who wanted to join

What is their favorite part of being in the club/activities they are in

do you think the facilities provided are good?

are you learning any useful skills during the activities?

if so, like what?

why did you take on this club/activity?
