I think my computer got hacked.?
So 2 days ago i turn on my computer and my user account is locked.
This never happened to me before because my account was never locked!It only lets me access the ''Guest'' account only so that means i can use the internet only.I cannot do anything because im not loged in as the administrator.What can i do?
.And the funny thing is that every time i try looking for help on yahoo answers..,alot of pop ups come up all of a sudden.

Yes, it does sound like you've been hacked, maybe a backdoor virus of some kind.
What you need to do is start up in safemode, and if you can, access your account from there.
Press F8 to access SafeMode, and try to log in, and then access Control Panel, and User Accounts, and then toy around with them there.

Sounds to me like you have a malware infection on board. Please follow all the preliminary steps in the following link. These steps should handle about 70% of all malware problems, should your problem still exist, please post a fresh HijackThis log in the forums as shown in step #6 and a highly trained malware removal expert will be with you ASAP.
