getting speedstream modem to work... no power at all!?
K, so I just received a new 5200 Speedstream modem from Bell to replace the old one that wouldn't work. I understand how to connect everything, except it won't work. Even with the A/C plug, there is no power. I tried a different outlet, still no power. Am I doing something wrong, or is my new modem just screwed? Ugh, I just want the internet back. Please help.

Call your ISP tech support and have them troubleshoot it for you.
