On your Yahoo homepage go to the top right and click on sign up. That will take you to the page to start a new account.

If you mean a disposable account or one attached to your current one, your account has to be eligible to do that.
Check by signing into your current email account.
Click on Options.
In the first column from the left (first with options but second really) look for AddressGuard and click on it if you find it.
Otherwise, you will have to create a new account.
A hint, I think the free accounts with these extra features are the country based addresses so go to Yahoo's website in your country and make a new account from there, such as @yahoo.co.uk

hi...just go to mail.yahoo.com...the sign up page to log in to your yahoo mail and then below the sign in button you would have an option to sign up for a yahoo account and go from there... :)
