Hey guys. I have a book report, and I'm looking for reccommendations for books. I love the Twilight series, but I don't want to read another book about vampires. Any ideas?

Your first 3 are ones I had in mind. Neil Peart reads tons of Science fiction which is where a lot of the lyrics come from. Here are a few: You Can't judge a book by it's Cover Stevie Wonder Book of Saturday King Crimson Pressed In a Book The Shins Sh**t From an Old Notebook Minutemen Hope it helps!

The chocolate War by Robert Cormier, very good, also has a sequel called Beyond the Chocolate War

A Mango Shaped Space by Wendy Mass

it is directed at 13 year olds but I read it when I was 17 and still thought it was a good book.

It's about four teenage girls who's bff disappears 3 or 4 years before hand now they start getting mysterious texts from someone who goes by the name of A. This person blackmails them with there darkest secrets. It also has many teenage dramas. hope you try it my friends and i all love it

I agree. A Mango Shaped Space by Wendy Maas is such a great read. It's a great pick for a report.

    Other than that, maybe...

Try Water for Elephants by Sara Gruen. A very dark tale - historical fiction - about a traveling circus during the depression. Possibly my favorite modern day novel. It will give you loads to talk about.
