Gas is available along I-65 and from what sources have told be there is gas at 85 % of the gas stations. Some do put up signs or cover the pumps only because they have a limited delivery schedule.
Should be able to find gas pretty readily.

Around the Carolinas and Georgia you might, they have next to ancient gas pumps down there...and if I remember correctly they don't pop up as often. There shouldn't be a problem with getting gas, but don't expect to get the comfy conveniences we have higher north. (Native Ohioan)

No problem here in FL...will you be on 95 or 75? Either way, no problem. Wal-Mart/Sam's gas stations are probably about the best prices right now. I bought it for $3.61 a gallon today.

As long as you can identify a gas pump, you should be ok.
I found a picture of one so you know.
