How do you upload from a pc to an iPhone?

I am trying to upload music and photos to my iPhone and I can not figure out what I am doing. It says to sync, but I can't get anything that says sync.

Update:

Thank you Gracie T, but I have the phone already, I need information on how to upload to the iPhone. I don't need information on how to buy one, I figured that one out on my own.

    its pretty much direct stuff !!

    install iTunes

    connect your phone via USB to PC

    your phone will be listed at the leftside panel

    select it by clicking on it, on the right panel you have tabs like music, photos, ringtones ... etc

    click on music select sync all or manually select the playlists from your libray.

    click on photos and select the photos u desire,

    and finally click on sync !!

    viola.. u just uploaded ur favourite musc and photos to your iPhone
