FDR's Second Bill of Rights? We can't have National Security without it?

FDR's last State of the Union was overshadowed by the closing of WWII. The Second Bill of Rights was supposed to take up The New Deal after the wartime economy. Wasn't FDR correct?

as for Homeownership, that is what got us in trouble right now. Those who lowered interest rate so the poor can own homes caused the current financial meltdown. Health care is very expensive, and when we nationalize it, the qualite would drop to make it affordable. I agree about fair wages and fighting monopolies and they are interconnected. The oligopolies in various industries is responsible for depressing wages. Both parties refuse to file Anti trust suits for a long time. We always had to right to recreation, unfortunately Liberals go over board. We have parks that are free, but it doesn't mean the unemployed deserve to fly to Hawaii to enjoy their parks. It's intersting, but in California, it's the liberals who try charging for access to our parks. They eventually get revoked after public protest. AS for education, yes, but we should not decrease our standards, so the stupid would pass. We should give free basic education for all that wants it. Not give everyone A's to make them feel good. Unfortunately, in California the middle class is being forced to send their kids to private schools because of the qualit and violence in our public schools. Also, after the Democrats took over our states, the cost of the UC system rose. Now it's just a playground for the rich.

i imagine for the most area FDR's bill of rights falls less than "promote the final welfare" contained in the structure. FDR did purely that, he enacted classes that promoted the final welfare and equipped the most effective middle classification the international has ever seen. i do not see those as God given rights, or rights which could want to be granted through authorities yet I do believe they're mandatory to a colourful middle classification.

And a chicken in every pot.

FDR was the first of the leftist Democrats and the beginning of the conservative democratic party moving left. Eisenhower was probably the last of the left leaning Republicans and their move to conservatism.
