Pre-paid taxi in mumbai?

Question

How reliable are pre paid taxis from Airport? 

And is there any pre-paid taxi service form Dadar railway station to Ghatkopar or Parla? and are they reliable?

I will have 6 international size bags and 3 small size carry on bags and yes.. 3 people. do they have  bigger size taxis which can accomodate all of us and all bags?

Best Way Out is to Ask Your Hotel, they are reliable but little expensive

If you are at domestic airport, no isuues - get a AC cab (Not MERU or GOLD, but in the same stand) they are always with bigger boot space for extra lugguage. They charge you as per the meter with bill - reliable. professionally managed. (its the 1st Q at the airport.  are Black in colour, sorry fogot the name)

At international - get a prepaid cool cab and inform him about the luggage before hand and he will help you. will charge extra but get a receipt for it.

Dadar - Ask the traffic police there to help you out. may be need 2 cabs for the size of bags you have.

Or take a break at Dadar, come out look around for a Sumo, negotiate a fare and get going. you will have to come around pritam hotel on dadar central side (East)

erm..they r purty good...
u just have to divide the stuff n ppl in two taxis since it sounds u got a helluva load there...but yea ur sure to be dropped off to ur destination safely, wherever may it be..

hi dude.......instead of one taxi ..make two or three.....or get a pvt vehicle from travel guy ...so many option frnd ...........anyways 
here are a couple of pvt call taxi operators in mumbai ...FYI

you can call them n ask them for a six seater .....van .....
