Serious Problem with my Golden Retriever (7Months Old)

I am having a baby who is Golden Retriever has swallow some foreign object and not passing it in his stool and not even eating anything. I am much tensed in this matter my vet has said that we need to operate. He is just 7months what I can do that he should pass those objects in his stool.

Please if any vet there please suggest me.
