Why does the media have a liberal bias?

That doesn't seem fair. Why would they do that if they want equality?

Update:

At least that's what everyone keeps saying, and I have to admit it seems like that.

Update 2:

Is liberal a bad term?

The modern definition of liberal means a type of person who wants a welfare state and big gov't with less economic freedom for individuals.

So, the modern liberal is a bad thing.

Here's the bad news: Most of the media is controlled by liberals. Yikes!

If Fixed News is your marker for "neutral" than all of the other news outlets seem liberal. Now, why is this? This is because Faux News is seriously right leaning - so much so, it is laying down on its side. It all depends on your perception.

No, Liberal is not a bad term to anyone but neocons. Neocon, however, is a bad word.

the sad thing is... most people who say the media is bais are the ones that believe in a free market economy...

and if it was so bias... then no one would watch... they couldn't sell ads and they would go out of business... if you believe in the market...

quite simply... their ideology doesn't support their own beliefs...
