i don't know how old you are,,, so i cant tell you how to flirt,, flirting differs by age! you probably already know that tho!

My kind of flirting is straightforward. So when ever a guy compliments me I have like compliment tennis. So I just fire a better compliment back. Like if compliment his shirt touch his collar. I mean flirting is difficult to just tell you how to do it. It takes clever conversations. I use humor too. Most guys like a girl that has a sense of humor and can make them laugh. If you have some flirty jokes maybe. Smile a lot. Above all be yourself and if he doesn't like that, which I doubt otherwise he wouldn't be flirting with you, then I wouldn't pursue him. I mostly learned flirting from movies which is super corny but it helps.

Try to sit next to him, and talk to him as much as possible. Make alot of eye contact and ask him questions to show you're interested in his life. Guys can be a little clueless, so if you're confident enough, at the end of the lunch, suggest going somewhere with him, just the 2 of you.

Walk close to him. Have conversations with him. Sit next to him when you go to the place you eat lunch at. Just talk to him and hope things escalate from there.
