can you transfer contacts from your old verizon phone if its lost?

No its not possible unless you had Backup assistant. If you didnt then you lost all your contacts. And have to find all the people and get all the numbers back. sorry..

Patrick is right kind of. If you happen to have Back Up Assistant from Verizon, then just use that to port your contacts to your new phone. Also if you do not have that feature then go to your online account. Look up calling details view out going and incoming phone calls. Then write down all the phone numbers you see. Then you can get your contacts back that way. You can also view the phone numbers that you text or phone numbers that text you. Write down those numbers as well. Then just input them in your phone.

I know AT&T offers a service where they will keep your contacts on file, for just such an emergency. I don't know if verizon offers this, plus you have to be enrolled in it, so it would be too late this time. Something to look into!!!
