Parsley Butter Potatoes
2 cans new potatoes
2 T. butter
1/4 t. dried parsley
salt and pepper
paprika
Heat potatoes in saucepan over medium heat. Drain. Add butter and gently stir to melt. Add parsley, salt and pepper, gently stir. Spoon into serving dish, top with a little paprika.
Green Beans with Sliced New Potatoes
2 cans Italian Cut green beans
2 cans sliced new potatoes
1 t. bacon drippings
salt and pepper
Combine all ingredients in saucepan over medium heat. Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

fried up in a hot pan with onions, peppers, salt, pepper, then when they are ready to be served, crack a few eggs over top of the potatoes and fry until eggs are cooked through the potatoes...
Its called a frittata
add salt and pepper to taste.

Rinse them well before you use them. You can put them in a sauce pan with heavy cream and grated cheese and garlic powder, seasoned salt and pepper. Heat over LOW heat until the cheese melts and you can stir it into a smooth sauce. Very retro.

Mash potatoes and put them in a can

you could mash them up with a lilttle shreddedfish or chicken and make nice cutlets served with sauce

saute them in butter, garlic, and rosemary. Salt and pepper to taste.
