I am trying to sync my Motorola q9 with my work email. What is the Outlook web access server address and where do I find it?

For that to work you need to make sure you have a Microsoft Exchange server at your office that your email is connected to. Also, there are some settings you network and Exchange server need to have in place before you can connect with your phone.
Check with your IT admin for the information and availability of that feature.

You ask the person at work who administers your email server. It's either a server that's in your office or it's the company's provider's email server. (Outlook doesn't have a specific address, it connects to the address of *your* server.)
