    Nobody. It wasn't ratified until 1789.

    Along with the errors mentioned above, the Constitution defines the Congress and so none existed to sign it. It was drafted and ratified by the Second Constitutional Convention.

    It wasn't signed in 1776. That was the Declaration of Independence.

    The document wasn't even written in 1776 so there was no Congress that signed it then..
