My cousin OWEs me 500 dollars.. what should I......?

My cousin owes me 500$... and she wont answer the phone.. Plz any advice!!?

My cousin makes 300,000$ a year. She has two small children one is 3 years old and the other is only 6months old. She was paying daycare 1,000 dollars a month to watch the children while she worked. She offered me 500 dollars a month to watch them from 5am until 5pm Mon-Friday. So i accepted the offer because i am a stay at home mom, and i have a 4 year old son. And because the extra money would help my family out alot. So i watched them for only one month to the day. Because she decided to take them back to daycare, because daycare would keep them until 630 if she wanted to work over. I could only keep them until 5 o clock pm. So i called her and asked her when she was going to pay me and she said " Let me talk to my husband and i will call you right back". Well that was LAST SATURDAY, and she hasnt called me back or returned any of my phone calls!! I think this is really rude. and she never has any problem calling me when she WANTS and babysitter..... WHAT SHOULD I DO.

You might have to consider it a loss, don't give her any more of your time though.

Source(s): My cousin owed me 650$ for a cell phone I dumbly co-signed for... I forgot about it and havn't brought it up again since, but damn me if I ever let her get away with anything like that again!!

Its alright. Don't trip over that money. You just gonna have to charge that to the game, and keep the memory of this embedded in your mind because 9 times out of 10 your cousin will need you for something else, even if it has nothing to do with finances. Sometimes people just do things to people who love them and have no remorse. If she is one of these people, then you will never see that $500. If you leave her alone, then maybe she will feel remorseful later on.
