Can I swap the standard pedals from my 88 mustang into a auto 77 mustang II?

I want to drop my entire drivetrain into a mustang II, I found a v8 car but it is an automatic and my 88 has the T-5. So can I take my pedal assembly, quadrant etc. and just bolt into the mustang II?

    Yes you should be able to.May take a little work.But hey that's half the fun of building a hot rod.Good luck!
