simple spy costume?????????????????????

i am making a simple spy costume and i already know that the costume will be just a person dressed in black and a tool belt which has different "gadgets" on it. The black is easy but i need to know a way to make a tool belt.

buy a simple black belt and buy some phone accessory belt clips! you can even tie like coin bags to it or something...


OR

ebay a tool belt and spray paint it black!!

and im sure at the toy store they have 'spy kits' and you can just use that stuff and put it in your belt

Um... isn't the whole idea of a spy to blend into the culture you're in. So wouldn't dressing normal be a good costume? Maybe have her learn Russian, then she can wear regular street clothes and speak Russian to you. Plus, how cool would it be to speak Russian, except people might start thinking you're a spy, looking all normal and speaking Russian.
