Private people bid to loan you money. You will need to explain to them why you had trouble paying in the past, but you will pay now. One person might loan you $5,000 or 500 people might loan you $10. They bid on you. If you are risky, you will pay 11% interest to them..

If you have $500 in a savings account, you can convert that into a secured credit card. Most banks can set it up for you. If you have $2000 in a savings, you can get a secured loan for 24 months and pay it back in 12. Do not go to a credit union because most do not report to the credit bureaus in order to keep the cost down

Get a prepaid credit card and use it once then pay it all off.
Credit is scored by having available credit that is not used.
