Star Trek TNG "Chosen Collection" (Asian)?

Whats the deal with these DVDs? I've read some places saying they are authentic, others are saying they are Asian bootlegs. So are they authentic or bootlegs? Will they work on regular dvd players? Are they in the original actors voices in english? Is the quality decent? and are there subtitles permenately on?

    They work on all DVD players. They re not copy protected. They aren t the final cuts; several sections are clearly pre-release versions; they must have come from a source internal to the official production.
