identify the two conjugate acid-base pairs in the following acid-base equilibrium.?

HCOOH + CN- <-- ---> HCOO - + HCN

How do u go about finding conjugate acid-base pairs and such ?

    HCOOH is the acid and HCOO is the conjugate base

    CN is the base and HCN is the conjugate acid

    the acid is the one that gives away its proton, or gives away one of its hydrogens
