how much would it cost to rent a stable per horse?
hi I was wondering if i rent out a stable how much I can rent it out for per horse it would include.
-Tack room
-Big outdoor arena jumps included
-8 acres of land to run around
-5 minute drive to a trail riding place
-Washing room

-hay included
-Fresh water every day
-(doesn't usally get to cold) But if it does has heater
-Paddocks cleaned daily
-Sand riding ring
-Sand round pen
-Some times trainner
My friend said maybe 500$ per month because close by a trail and there is also a very quiet road that barley has people after 4 o clock (school hours end).

It all depends on the location. If you are in a location with alot of barns and stables the price will be more expensive. If you live in a rural area, like i do, the price should be lower. It is a pretty hard think to guess though. i have a lot of horses too, so i know how hard it is to find a good place to board them away from where you know they are safe. good luck finding the right place!
