Where can I buy organic baby food in Broward County, Florida besides Whole Foods?

Earth's Best is available pretty much every where. It's organic, and there are other brands. You should be able to find them anywhere, including Babies R Us, Publix, Walmart, etc.

Or (and my personal preference) make your own. It's TONS cheaper, too. It's honestly not as time consuming as you might think. Check out www.wholesomebabyfood.com. I made 3 acorn squashes yesterday, and once cooked/cooled, it took me all of 30 minutes to get them pureed and scooped in to ice cube trays then into the freezer. Today, in less than 5 minutes, I had the cubes in a freezer bag to save for later.

Yes, it is definitely worth it! I did only organic baby food and we will continue to feed our child mostly organic diet. It is extremely important for their developing bodies, they can't filter out the pesticides and nitrates and other stuff like adults can, and they get more per pound of body weight since they are small. It is an investment into their future. I recommend you read the book by Dr.Sears The Healthiest Kid in the Neighborhood. It has helped me decide on how to feed my child well, and he talks about "the dirty dozen" which are the most important things to buy organic, I think some of them are potatoes, strawberries, broccoli, apples, and some others, because they are the most likely to contain pesticides. And we did Happy Bellies organic cereal with DHA for their brain development. And breastfeeding, of course! But don't just take my word for it. Do your research and you will know what to do. Gerber also makes Organic food but I have only seen them sold in plastic containers with 7 in the Recycle Symbol on the bottom which means the plastic may contain BPA. It doesn't make sense to me why they would go to the trouble of making good organic food, only to put it in a container that leeches harmful contaminants into the food.

Ok, I don't live in FL but recently became friends with a girl & her daughter who moved from there. She mentioned Walmart. I have seen plenty of organic stuff there and Target.

Do you have babies r us??? they have a earths best foods and some gerber organics.

Do they have jewel, dominick's or safeway there? That's where I've found it in the midwest and northwest.

You could make your own. Fresh is better.
