    I like "Cadillac Meatloaf from the "5 and Diner" minus the barbecue sauce. Uhm delicious-and I love to listen to "Meatloaf" while enjoying Dinner too.

    Some more than others. Boston Market makes a pretty good one and some school cafeterias. I dice stoplight pepper very small and onion to put in mine, but have seen other recipes that I would like to try. It's fun to make it the way that you like it. I shape the loaves and bake them on a foil covered tray. Much less greasy and also use 1/2 ground turkey instead of all beef.
