Well, the top is a poof. You can accomplish this look by taking some hair in the front and teasing it [(Spray with hairspray and take the comb and move it up and down and then bobby pinning it) This creates the poof] Then, it looks like she crimped, scrunched, or curled her hair. Very cute and pretty easy.

Beachy waves (with a pouf)
To get this style:

I didn't watch the video, but another way is to shower and let your hair air-dry until it's slightly damp. Then, squirt on a curl enhancer (or better yet, http://www.bumbleandbumble.com/product/spp.tmpl?CA...
this product from bumble & bumble that actually has sea salt in it - you know how your hair kinda frizzes/waves after a day at the beach? It's the good side of that in a bottle) and put in in a bun on the top of your head. Leave the bun in until completely dry or overnight. Once it's dry, finger-comb the waves. Then, take a section of your hair on the top of your forehead. Tease the back (comb backwards) a little bit, to create volume. Lay back and secure with bobby pins. Voila! Your beachy waves are ready.

the bump in the middle is called a quiff.. you get the front middle section of your hair (or just your fringe) and pin it back.. not too far because then it will be flat
