I would report it. It's not fair.

Since you're a gemini I take it, this will bug the heck out of you until you take action...call the cable company and report it. It will make you feel better knowing someone is not getting away with something for free while you're doing the right thing paying your bill every month.

I would report this illegal cable. It is ripping of the cable company and is probably why they charge so much to their other customers. They work hard for their money and might even give you a discount if you report the other person. You could also talk to this person and see if they would be willing to change their cable set up.

Just ask yourself if you think of reporting him/her:" Will my BIG bill get paid by someone, now that I've reported this person? Will my life change for the better now that I've reported this person? Will I sleep better, now that I've reported this person?"

I would report a physical abuse, a burglary or a murder! Who cares about someone's illegal "cable hook up"?

Go ahead and report it, it may not seem like a big deal to some but it is stealing. If you are worried about them finding out send an anonymous letter to the cable company.

I've seen people report illegal satelite hook ups and get some kickbacks on their bill but other times nothing has happened when they report it.

Don't report it, you aren't the police. If it bothers you that much get yours hooked up illegally as well.

Plus reporting it won't really change the thousands of other people who get their cable illegally, and it won't make your bills any lower. Do you really want to get so petty?

No one likes a report monkey so just mind your own business. I know it seems unfair to those that are paying customers but he will get caught in his own time. You can always call anonymously and tip them off.
