Why the heck can't ppl show up for work?

people are generally lazy when it comes to work!...the general feeling is "I'm here for 8 hours a day!...surely they dont expect me to work as well!...things also get worse if you work for a local council or government because sick pay and job security is generally considered part of the job?...not sure if this is the case across the pond but it is here in London Uk...unfortunately I have a concious and I do try to make the effort for the communities sake...No school bus driver equals No kids going to school...and it then costs the company twice to do my job ie Pay me for being sick and paying the agency for a relief driver...not good eh?...

Some people are lazy and others can work over 50 hours a week. It depends on the person.
