nokia n95 8gb is "offline" how do i switch to "online"?

im trying to make a phone call but it says "emergency calls only." for some reason its in "offline mode" how do i get it to "online mode"

    Switch OFF and ON the mobile. Sometime it happens itself. Still you have this problem call the mobile subscriber and they will help you better than anyone here.
