I think this answer will help me,but...?

where are the BIOS in F2?

In the bios scroll to Primary Master (IDE 0 ) and hit enter that will auto-detect the drive. Although i dont see how replacing the power supply made it reset to default. Check the ide cables, you may have loosened one when you took the power cable out.

Update:

I've pressed F2 and gotten to a blue screen with lots of information but I do not see this Primary Master IDE. Where is it?

    i'm not sure i understand your question. to get to the bios screen, repeatedly press F2 while your computer boots up.
