Halloween Costume, i have an idea but...?
I want to be minnie mouse (make like a homemade costume) but i need a red and white polkadot skirt! so i was wondering if anybody knew where i could find a cute puffy red and white polkadot skirt, at a store or halloween store or something. please help me!

go to a thrift store and find a plain long red skit if you pull the hem up stuff it with bags then sew the hem line to the top. the polka dots can be as easy as sewing the white dots on of cloth, felt or even hot glue & contruction paper this could much cheaper than hunting down a skirt alreay done for you.
can give you a very satisfying feeling that you did it yourself. good luck!
