Chevy 350 No Spark at plugs?

I have 1991 Chevy 350, New Dist. cap and rotor, coil and wires. I Have Spark on coil wire at dist. None at Plug end. I checked the pick up coil (812 ohms). I replaced the plugs also this has me baffled.

    There is a control module under the rotor that is most likely burnt out.

    Did you see if the distributor module is bad?
