Where is the cheapest pet shop to get a gecko lizards?

I actually wouldn't get a leo at either of those chain stores. Petco's supplier has been very questionable in the past year, and Petsmart's are always very skinny and don't eat well.
I'd suggest you pay a bit more and either get one from a show or from a breeder online. You can check Kingsnake.com for any shows by you; furthermore, they have a classifieds section that is very nice.
I just want to let you know that cheaper is not better. Be prepared to take your gecko to the vet if you need to. Make sure you have the tank prepared and your temps at the appropriate levels (measured with a digital thermometer) BEFORE you get your gecko.

I don't think you'd want to go to the cheapest place. Cheap doesn't equal healthy. Personally I'd rather pay a little more for a healthy, well cared for pet than something just cheap that /maybe/ gets fed day or three.

Don't go for cheap .. it might have somthing wrong that they don't tell you .. A healthy Gecko is between $$$$$$35-50

it depends on your budget i saw some very cheap lizards at the china market (dragon aquarium) in dundas.
