The weight will vary with the make and model of the tuba. I own a 1960's Conn 25J BBb tuba (4 piston valves) that weighs about 35-40 pounds. With the bell detached and the tuba placed in its two cases, the total weight is close to 80 pounds.
On the other hand, I have a friend who owns a small Dalyan BBb tuba with 4 rotary valves, which weights just under 50 lbs with its case, but without mouthpiece. (He can fly with it without paying an "over 50 lbs" surcharge, as long as the mouthpiece isn't in the case.)
In general, a CC tuba will weigh a few pounds less than a similar make & model BBb tuba, because it's pitched higher; i.e., the tubing is shorter.
Tubas in Eb or F are correspondingly lighter, but they are generally classed as "Bass Tubas" rather than Contrabass Tubas."
